The Contract Administrator is responsible for\: (i) managing large performance improvement projects, including but not limited to standardization and cost reduction efforts, from the inception of strategic contracting to the completion of the project by working closely with clinicians, finance, biomed, logistics, consultants and others to ensure coordination and support for such projects, (ii) negotiating terms and conditions for products and services and working closely with the Scripps legal department to review and rewrite vendor agreements as needed, and (iii) creating and maintaining standard supplier and service vendor contractual language. This position acts as the legal liaison between Supply Chain and our Legal department. Assures and maintains our contracting terms and conditions align with the legal expectations of the organization and regulatory requirements where applicable. Continuously educates our contract team members on T&C's related negotiations. #LI-JS1
