The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer will work as a Lean Manufacturing change agent and coach. The role supports the organization as a senior Technical contact on Lean Manufacturing and projects. The position will be responsible to lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the site and coach continuous improvement practitioners in problem solving and program management. This will require the ability to educate and motivate individuals at various levels of the organization and the ability to manage projects to a successful and timely conclusion. Additionally, this position will support new product introductions to ensure that the manufacturing processes, equipment and the production cells are "born lean". The position interacts with senior internal personnel on technical matters often requiring cross-functional collaboration.
