Reporting to the Director of Contingent Workforce Program, BeOne is seeking a passionate and experienced Contingent Workforce Business Partner to support and enhance our Contingent Workforce Program. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting contingent workforce operations and driving best practices and processes for contingent workers at BeOne. This role involves close collaborations with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective management of our contingent workforce.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or other VMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations pertaining to contingent workers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with contingent workforce management industry, vendor relations, or HR Operations
  • Familiarity with procurement and sourcing platforms process inclusive of SOW & PO lifecycle management for contingent labor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated experience crafting clear and concise communications, documents & presentations for a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Fluent English
  • Windows 11 and MS Office applications.
  • Solid understanding of common enterprise applications and workforce analytical tools such as: Workday, VMS, JIRA and Contract Management Systems inclusive of administration and configuration
  • All work will be delivered remotely
  • Available to work in USA business hours and available for EU/APAC business hours support as needed

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on contingent labor solutions
  • Collaborate with CWK Program Vendor to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers, including sourcing, onboarding, extending, change management and offboarding.
  • Partner with Legal and HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies mitigating risks associated with contingent labor
  • Utilize Vendor Management System & Workday to track metrics, analyze trends and provide insights for contingent labor continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of contingent worker initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Exercise independent judgement in the application of company policies and practices to determine appropriate action or guidance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices in contingent workforce management
  • Facilitate resolution of ER issues, accommodations requests, investigations, and other HR/ER type issues for contingent workers
  • Support ad hoc projects for audit compliance and/or procurement initiatives
  • Support out of scope contingent workforce regional support as needed
