Contingent Workforce Project Manager would be Managing the day-to-day operations of the Workday VNDLY platform primarily involves the administration of the contingent workforce lifecycle, system maintenance, user support, and data/compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of the contingent workforce lifecycle, system maintenance, user support, and data/compliance monitoring.
  • Provides VNDLY software and consulting best practice solutions to agencies, managers and end users, using proficiency in project management standards to resolve a wide range of complex and diverse issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for VNDLY inquiries and issues for both internal users and vendors.
  • Act as the point person to escalate technical problems to HCM solutions team or VNDLY support as needed.
  • Generate reports and analytics on contingent worker data, spend, and vendor performance.
  • Manage invoicing, expense approval, and rate cards to control costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation within the program.
  • Manage the daily functionality and performance of the VNDLY system, coordinating updates or patches with internal IT teams or Workday support.
  • Administer user accounts and access controls for internal staff (hiring managers, procurement) and external vendors, ensuring appropriate, role-based access.
  • Work with Director of TA on organizational policies and local compliance requirements, such as setting rate thresholds or approval workflows.
  • Oversee the entire vendor and contingent worker lifecycle, ensuring new vendors are properly vetted, onboarded, and their data is accurate. This includes managing the termination and data archiving process for inactive vendors/workers.
  • Assist with Temp onboarding the contingent labor operations
  • Work with Temp onboarding to upload, track, and monitor vendor contracts and related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with legal and internal policies.
