About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to support our hiring managers in the onboarding, management, and offboarding of contingent workers. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless experience for contingent workers and hiring managers while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and a strong understanding of contingent workforce programs. A Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) certification is preferred. Please note additional position details below: This is a temporary position that is estimated to last for 6 months. It may be extended depending on project timelines. This is a fully remote position. We will provide the equipment as long as you have your own high-speed internet. We require someone with VMS, contingent workforce programs and onboarding support experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, staffing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) certification.
  • Experience working in a large, global organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to contingent workers.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support: Guide hiring managers through the contingent worker onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation, background checks, and compliance requirements are completed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of contingent workers.
  • Management of Contingent Workforce: Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding contingent workforce processes and policies.
  • Monitor and track contingent worker assignments, ensuring compliance with company policies and contract terms.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on the use of Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Offboarding Support: Coordinate the offboarding process for contingent workers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the offboarding process.
  • Vendor Management: Partner with staffing vendors to address any issues related to contingent workers, including performance, compliance, and contract adherence.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating vendor agreements and ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of contingent worker assignments and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements related to contingent workforce management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contingent workforce program.
