Job Summary As a Program Manager, you will direct and oversee project teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with government clients, managing the expectation and delivery of services that not only fulfill contractual obligations but also strengthen the organization's commitment to innovation and excellence in mission support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience in federal contracting environments.
  • Experience planning, initiating, implementing, managing, executing, and closing out programs in support of an organization’s mission.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results-driven execution.
  • Demonstrated Experience with platforms including Salesforce (VA-CABS), PeopleSoft (HR Smart), and systems processing IT Account Provisioning and Deprovisioning. USAStaffing, USAccess.
  • Experience with the different technologies such as ActivIdentity, Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and analyzing large-scale Salesforce solutions in federal and/or commercial industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Travel to client locations is required for this position and may vary based on project needs.
  • Due to federal contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this position.
  • This position supports a federal government contract and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination, depending on the agency’s background investigation requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Act as a liaison between Aretum and government stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage project resources, ensuring proper task assignments and team collaboration.
  • Facilitate the effective communication across teams while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations relevant to federal projects.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor program performance and effectiveness, driving improvements as necessary.
