About The Position

TriMark Digital is seeking a Senior Content Strategist to integrate creative thinking with performance marketing. This role focuses on developing campaign-driven content strategies that are both engaging and effective, aiming to achieve measurable results for clients. The strategist will transform insights into actionable content by aligning audience, message, and channel, ensuring content drives performance. Responsibilities span from conceptualizing major campaigns to guiding execution and production, with a continuous focus on optimization. The position demands a blend of creative instinct and strategic discipline, involving collaboration across teams, leading with a clear vision, and ensuring content not only stands out but also delivers tangible outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or creative strategy
  • Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into effective, performance-driven campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate both strategy and creative concepts
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
  • Deep understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
  • Experience managing content production workflows and collaborating across creative teams
  • Proficiency in WordPress and basic HTML
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated content and creative strategies aligned to client goals
  • Concept and shape campaign ideas that translate into high-performing, multi-channel content programs
  • Own campaigns from planning through production, launch, optimization, and reporting
  • Drive full-funnel content strategies that attract, engage, and convert qualified audiences
  • Oversee content production, ensuring deliverables meet strategic intent, creative quality, and performance expectations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across content strategy, including email, social, blog, website, visual storytelling, and ad copy
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and media teams to bring ideas to life and ensure cohesive execution across channels
  • Develop channel-specific messaging and positioning strategies that ladder up to broader campaign narratives
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, insight-driven, and optimized for both user experience and search performance
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and present clear, actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Identify new opportunities through content audits, competitive analysis, and emerging trends
  • Lead client presentations, articulating both strategic thinking and creative rationale
  • Partner with account strategists to define scope, budgets, and resource needs for content and creative initiatives
  • Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to Content Strategists and Content Writers, helping elevate overall team output
