About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is building a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. They are seeking a Senior Content Producer for their Creative Marketing team to play a central role in launching Hard Rock Digital in Canada. This role involves producing, editing, and shipping mobile-first creative content that is authentic, culturally resonant, and tailored for Canadian audiences across various platforms. The producer will craft social-first videos, editorial content, creator collaborations, and campaign materials, working closely with a small team on tight-turn projects and staying ahead of the sports and casino calendar.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a creative production role, ideally with experience in brand or digital marketing and short-form video content.
  • Deep knowledge (or strong interest) in iGaming, sports betting, or casino content.
  • A portfolio packed with mobile-first, short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, story-first executions).
  • Experience scaling influencer or UGC programs across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
  • Comfortable interpreting content performance data to inform creative decisions and iteration.
  • Well-versed in platform nuances and trends across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and more.
  • Fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Proficiency with AI-powered content tools, including video and image generation platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney) as well as AI-enhanced editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Topaz Video AI).
  • Comfortable working with legal and compliance teams in a regulated industry.
  • Willingness to get up to speed on Canadian gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a nimble team of creatives to elevate the quality of work and bring a fast, smart, culturally aware creative perspective.
  • Be a key creative voice in the international expansion into Canada, ensuring content reflects local culture, tone, and market context.
  • Ensure all assets comply with responsible gaming standards, offer disclaimers, age-gating, and Canadian regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee production for high-impact content across social, UGC, and influencer channels, managing timelines and budgets.
  • Travel to and produce campaign shoots, managing on-set logistics, directing talent, and ensuring captured content meets brand standards.
  • Source, guide, and scale a bench of content creators, with a focus on Canadian voices, for authentic brand representation in vertical, mobile-first formats.
  • Edit short-form videos, cut reels, mock up stories, and create assets tied to timely moments.
  • Translate offers, promos, and campaign briefs into content plans that resonate with Canadian audiences.
  • Review content performance data to optimize creative output, test new formats, and improve based on results.
  • Manage production budgets and negotiate creator deals.
