About The Position

Nscale is seeking a Senior Content Editor to lead and scale its global editorial ecosystem. This role focuses on driving demand through strategic content programs and building an AI-first content engine to accelerate growth. The position is based in the Bay Area or New York and is a key part of the Content Team, focusing on three main pillars: leading the global editorial calendar and workflows, owning end-to-end content strategy and execution for editorial programs, and championing editorial standards, governance, and brand voice consistency across all channels and formats.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in editorial leadership or content marketing (B2B tech or AI strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience building and scaling end-to-end editorial programs in high-growth environments
  • A strategic thinker who understands how content drives pipeline, brand equity, and long-term market positioning
  • Deep knowledge of B2B and technology sectors — able to make complex AI and infrastructure topics clear, credible, and inspiring
  • Experienced partnering with senior stakeholders and executives to shape narratives and thought leadership
  • A natural storyteller who blends creativity with data-driven insight and commercial awareness
  • Strong editorial instincts paired with operational rigor and project management excellence
  • Passionate about AI-enabled workflows and experimentation
  • Proficient with tools such as Notion, Figma, Google Analytics, and modern content/SEO platforms
  • Energized by fast-paced, high-ownership environments where you build systems, not just assets

  • Own Editorial Strategy & Roadmap: Own end-to-end management of editorial programs, from strategy and roadmap through execution, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Define and evolve Nscale's editorial vision and narrative architecture, ensuring alignment with company positioning and commercial priorities.

  • Develop multi-quarter editorial strategies tied to product launches, brand moments, and demand generation initiatives.

  • Contribute to long-term content infrastructure, governance frameworks, and knowledge management systems.
  • Drive Thought Leadership: Partner with executive leadership and subject matter experts to translate complex AI infrastructure topics into compelling, differentiated thought leadership.
  • Own SEO & Growth: Build and optimize topic clusters, growth hubs, and SEO strategy to scale traffic, authority, and conversion.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Design, Comms, and Demand Generation to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage Vendors & Contributors: Manage and scale external partners, agencies, and freelance networks; set quality benchmarks and hold contributors accountable.
