About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Dallas, Texas, in Package and Technology Enablement. The role provides SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies realize value from technology investments, either through discrete services or comprehensive solutions. The work supports digital responsiveness and scalability, removes performance barriers, enables innovation, modernizes core systems, and helps clients reimagine their businesses using SAP digital solutions. The Senior Consultant participates in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develops work plans for engagement components, coordinates activities across workstreams, and identifies scope changes. The role assesses existing information systems and identifies gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provides application analysis aligned with SAP architecture and infrastructure goals; and delivers industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that support business decisions. The position requires 50% national travel. Telecommuting is permitted.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
At least 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
At least 2 years of experience designing and developing data validation processes and performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
At least 2 years of experience driving development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems—including data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data—using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) modules and Integration Suite.
At least 2 years of experience creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, using SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
At least 2 years of experience across Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, including Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance, for enterprise-level client solutions using SAP ABAP, SAP NetWeaver PI, SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP CPI, SAP Cloud Integration (CIG), and qTest for defect tracking.
At least 2 years of experience analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support future-state project design using SAP Cloud ALM methodology.
At least 2 years of experience driving requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment using SAP PI, CPI, and CIG.
At least 2 years of experience interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into project designs and solutions using SAP PI, Integration Suite, and SAP ALM methodology.

Work across SDLC phases—Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance—to design, develop, test, and implement solutions for enterprise-level clients.
Analyze and document current-state systems, processes, and environments to support the design of future-state systems, processes, and environments.
Drive requirements gathering and planning, architecture, testing, implementation, and deployment.
Interface directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze them, and translate them into project designs and solutions.
