About The Position

This position will involve effectively executing assigned tasks in a Corporate Performance Management (CPM) project or workstream. The role requires the individual to be responsible for the build, testing, validation, and support efforts through various phases of a project with minimal assistance from project leadership. The consultant will work alongside client SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and provide support for the financial processes developed within the application, producing high-quality work products. Coordination with the Finit project team on tasks and responsibilities is essential to meet project milestones and communicate status regularly. The role also involves demonstrating a basic ability to identify workstream tasks, understand interdependencies, execute data reconciliation, and conduct end-to-end testing of system components and functionality. Escalating project risks to leadership and assisting in all areas that drive project success are key aspects. Building authentic client and Finit relationships, ensuring a respectful and team-oriented work environment, and providing real-time feedback to team members and clients are also important. Participation in internal Finit activities and taking ownership of personal growth by continuously seeking to broaden and develop new job skills and expertise are expected.

Requirements

• Ability to produce quality work product while working independently.
• Understanding of functional knowledge areas, including financial statements, financial ratios, planning and budgeting concepts.
• Understanding of multi-dimensional concepts.
• Understanding of financial terminology and of financial and accounting functions within an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and capability of tailoring communication based on the knowledge and needs of specific audiences.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Energized by projects with high degree of uncertainty.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise consistently good judgment.
• High competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
