About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant / Project Lead to support district-wide automation, systems integration, artificial intelligence, and innovation initiatives for Harlingen School District. This role will lead cross-functional transformation projects focused on improving operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, integrating enterprise platforms, and implementing scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong project delivery capabilities, experience managing enterprise modernization initiatives, and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, technology teams, and operational stakeholders. This role will be hybrid, the days will be provide by Harlingen School District.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience leading enterprise automation, systems integration, digital transformation, or AI implementation projects.
Experience working within K-12 education, higher education, government, or public-sector environments preferred.
Strong background in cross-departmental project management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with workflow automation tools, APIs, scripting, and enterprise integrations.
Knowledge of business process re-engineering and operational optimization methodologies.
Familiarity with FERPA, cybersecurity frameworks, and student data privacy requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to maintain weekly on-site presence in Harlingen, TX.

Nice To Haves

PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification.
Experience implementing AI-powered operational solutions.
Familiarity with educational enterprise systems and data governance practices.
Experience creating dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent automation, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives across departments.
Conduct discovery sessions, workflow assessments, and business process evaluations to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate enterprise systems integration efforts involving platforms such as Smartsites, eFinance, Eduphoria, Omnitrack, and related technologies.
Drive workflow redesign and operational process improvement initiatives.
Support AI and automation strategy implementation, including workflow automation, intelligent routing, summarization tools, and generative AI solutions.
Facilitate executive presentations, leadership briefings, and status reporting.
Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, documentation, and knowledge-transfer plans.
Ensure compliance with FERPA, cybersecurity standards, student data privacy regulations, and applicable public-sector requirements.
Deliver training sessions and support organizational change management initiatives.
