Salary will be dependent upon experience. Locations: Colorado Springs, Denver, Phoenix, San Antonio or Remote.

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership and the ability to recruit and motivate a team of professionals.
Outstanding facilitation skills and capability to fully participate in meetings with senior community and military personnel.
Military installation facilities management
Organizational management with exceptional communication and writing skills.
Ability to synthesize and distill disparate sources into concise reports/presentations.
A strong skillset in Microsoft office applications.
Ability, and willingness to travel to project sites and other facility offices.
Degree in engineering, operations research, data science or related field of study.
Minimum of 10 years of work-related experience.
Experience working with or for the Department of Defense.
Valid driver's license, in conjunction with successfully passing the Company’s MVR screening.

Responsibilities

Serves as a leader who performs business development and program/project management and execution for a variety of clients with differing needs.
Schedules and executes contract requirements on-time and on-budget.
Works with local, regional, state, and federal-level clients to assist them in achieving goals and understanding what matters most to various constituencies.
Serve as a senior consultant in the Colorado Springs, Denver, Phoenix or San Antonio offices or remotely.
Support proposal development by providing content for the approach, schedule, or other sections as assigned in accordance with the request for proposal or request for qualifications.
Support project execution to include budgeting, scheduling, organizing teams, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines, quality assurance, invoicing, preparing reports, developing technical documents and presentations, and contributing to others project deliverables.
Meeting with clients and their representatives as an individual or part of a team to present results, resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain good relations.
Plan, organize, and lead facilitation of virtual and in-person engagements with project stakeholders focused on visioning, brainstorming, and solving various challenges.
Support continuous process improvement and business process reengineering projects through process mapping; data collection, analysis, & visualization; and development of digital solutions.
