Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation (Project Coordinator or any other job title performing all listed job duties)
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for budget management, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and presenting results.
  • Experience using Bluebeam for take-offs and Excel for cost models.
  • Experience reviewing and managing scope changes, variations, and change orders.
  • Experience reviewing cost-related deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
  • Experience maintaining regular communication with contractors and project managers to track cost performance and project risks.
  • Experience reviewing contractor submissions, RFIs, and change orders.
