Senior Consultant

Tru Treasury,
Remote

About The Position

Tru Treasury is seeking a strategic thinker and experienced treasury management professional to join their Advisory Practice as a Senior Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and client-facing skills who can translate operational treasury management experience into strategic recommendations and polished executive-level deliverables for credit unions and community banks. The Senior Consultant owns engagement workstreams from discovery through delivery. You will lead client-facing analysis, build the deliverables that drive the recommendation, and partner with the Practice Lead and SMEs to shape strategy and earn renewals. This role is for someone who has operated inside a treasury management function and now wants to translate that experience into prescriptive advice for executive teams at credit unions and community banks. About the Advisory Practice The Advisory Practice is Tru Treasury's consulting arm. We deliver project-based engagements that produce concrete operational outcomes: commercial treasury program designs, policy and procedure libraries, vendor diligence and selection frameworks, ACH and risk programs, compliance reviews, pricing and profitability models, organizational design, and implementation roadmaps. Every engagement is scoped, prescriptive, and benchmarked against high-quality delivery standards. We are hiring a Senior Consultant to expand engagement capacity, broaden the client portfolio, and strengthen the practice as it scales. The Advisory Practice is being constructed from the ground up, and the consultants who join in this phase will help define the methodology, the IP, and the delivery model that the practice runs on for the next decade. We are not asking you to slot into a mature machine. We are asking you to help build the machine.
