About The Position

The objective of EY's consulting risk services is to provide clients with a candid and reliable overview of their risk landscape. Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Power & Utilities industry or consulting in the sector.
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance and understanding of operational processes in Power & Utilities particularly Work Management, Asset Management and/or Utility accounting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
  • A valid passport is required.
  • Experience implementing or using ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, CPA, CA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT certification is desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a fieldwork leader to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
  • Work with client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems facilitating the business internal control process.
  • Assist clients and other Risk professionals in performing information technology control and security engagements.
  • Lead and manage projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utilities sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
  • Drive risk and controls project teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
