The Senior Consultant, Training Strategy Lead is responsible for developing and leading the training strategy, approach, and implementation activities for a large-scale statewide technology modernization initiative, Metrik. This role will work closely with the broader Development IT Team, Solution Business Team, Organizational Change Management (OCM) resources, subject matter experts, rollout teams, and other partners. The Training Strategy Lead will be responsible for the entire scope of the training strategy and delivery systems, including determining what training is needed and who needs it, as well as how it should be delivered and when it should occur to support successful use of the platform. The ideal candidate brings experience designing and executing training programs for complex technology, data, or enterprise system implementations and can effectively translate business and technical requirements into practical, user-centered learning experiences.
