Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant Trainer to administer and redesign training programs. This role involves delivering both classroom and virtual training, developing course materials, managing a Learning Management System (LMS), and conducting needs assessments. The trainer will also be responsible for redesigning existing courses and developing new curriculum to support financial and acquisitions operations, creating innovative learning solutions, and ensuring all materials are up-to-date with policy and system changes. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, and delivery, expertise in adult learning theory, and proficiency with LMS administration and virtual learning platforms. Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards and the ability to integrate emerging technologies are also essential. The role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and compliance with federal security policies. An advanced degree or certifications and familiarity with federal financial management and acquisitions training are preferred.
