Requirements

5+ years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing experience.
Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and Test Automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar).
Experience testing and delivering large scale programs and enterprise applications
Experience in Test Planning, Integration Testing, Defect Management, and Stakeholder Management.
Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Strong experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification (preferred).
Experience with Agile delivery, API testing, CI/CD, Azure DevOps or Jira.
Exposure to enterprise transformation programs, including digital, cloud, or core banking initiatives

Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, test plans, and test execution approaches.
Design and execute manual and automated tests across functional, integration, and regression testing.
Build and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites.
Manage defects, test reporting, and release readiness.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.
