About The Position

As part of a team, provide comprehensive support to a federal organization to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy, including stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution.

Requirements

At least 3-5 years of professional experience
Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to contribute to or lead workstream, to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents, briefings, and/or deliverables.
Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (i.e. one-pagers, “slicksheets,” etc.).
Prior experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to engender alignment and buy-in across a large, diverse set of stakeholders.
Prior experience supporting program management initiatives, including reporting, financial and resource management, communications, and operations.
Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs.
Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Must be US Citizen.
