Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience (for Senior Consultant)
- Demonstrated project and workstream leadership (for Senior Consultant)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in team-based environments
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience (for Associate)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities (for Associate)
- Experience managing workstreams and delivering high-quality outputs (for Associate)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for Associate)
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues (for Associate)

Responsibilities
- Conduct research, interviews, and quantitative analysis
- Structure complex business problems and develop analytical approaches
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop client-ready presentations and communications
- Support project delivery and implementation activities
- Collaborate closely with clients and project teams
- Contribute to practice development and knowledge-building initiatives
- Solve complex business challenges facing leading organizations
- Structure and lead research and analytical efforts
- Lead quantitative, strategic, operational, and financial analyses
- Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Manage workstreams and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to client relationship development and business growth
- Demonstrate leadership and sound professional judgment
- Manage the execution of individual project workstreams or projects, including planning, coordination, hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, analysis, research, and surfacing insights
- Manage and develop junior consultants on individual project workstreams
