About The Position

Help support Cincinnati Children's vision to be a global leader in improving child health; to develop new services to support strategic goals and develop relationships with providers; patients; and institutions to extend the medical center's influence. Lead new product and service development efforts from concept to operations as well as cultivate; develop and maintain strategic vision and relationships. Requires specialized depth or breadth of expertise in a particular discipline, including breadth of knowledge in related job areas. Leads cross functional projects. Interprets and addresses business challenges and develops best practices. Works on the highest‑value problems by systematically discovering unmet needs and defining value in terms of outcomes. May lead the work of others. Requires keen ability to build and maintain relationships amongst partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • Some travel will be required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees and evaluates strategic business opportunities that fit within the overall corporate strategy.
  • Utilizes extensive specialized experience to provide in-depth strategic leadership in evaluating, developing and implementing sustainable business models with collaborative institutional partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and evaluates projects by determining market opportunities and monitoring/alerting CCHMC to changes or opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Leads the design and advancement of scalable learning health network strategies that promote continuous improvement, cross-institutional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develops comprehensive business, marketing and relationship management plans.
  • Responsible for helping to lead all facets of project development.
  • Collaborate with existing programs to ensure optimal workflow and collaboration among all internal and external team members.
  • Builds and maintains trusted relationships with executive leadership, clinical, operational, research, and external partner stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with organizational priorities and long-term partner goals.
