The Senior Consultant, collaborating with Managers and other Ryan senior staff, consults with historic building owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, as well as federal, state, and local regulators to facilitate the completion of the process of obtaining Historic Preservation Certification. The Senior Consultant advises on the availability of federal (and other jurisdictional) tax credits. The Senior Consultant provides knowledgeable technical preservation expertise assisting building owners through the complexity of the historic preservation process. This is a hybrid position and the candidate will typically be in-office, going to site visits, client meetings, potential conferences, etc., about three times/week or so depending on business needs.
