About The Position

This role leads complex workforce planning initiatives and supports enterprise decision-making through advanced analytics, workforce insights, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning activities. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and operational leaders to support forecasting, workforce strategy development, and executive-level planning discussions. The role requires someone who can independently manage planning initiatives, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and translate workforce data into strategic recommendations and executive-ready materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, HR strategy, or enterprise planning environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience supporting senior leadership discussions.
  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large or complex datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI is considered a strong asset.
  • Workforce planning or strategic planning experience in large or complex organizations is preferred.
  • CHRP/CHRL designations are not mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling activities.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce challenges, risks, and future talent needs.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, planning materials, and workforce insights.
  • Build and enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workforce planning tools.
  • Facilitate workforce planning discussions and support enterprise planning cycles.
  • Analyze workforce trends, vacancies, attrition, hiring demand, and organizational capacity.
  • Support strategic workforce initiatives including role segmentation, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and project contributors.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership audiences.
