About The Position

Enterprise Data and Records supports the consistent and effective management of data and records across CIBC. As a strategic advisor on the team, you'll provide consultative support to business and technology partners to help them align with enterprise governance expectations. You'll guide teams in interpreting standards, assessing options, and shaping practical approaches across people, processes, and technology. You'll influence the design of business and technology solutions by helping partners identify gaps, understand available options, demonstrate alignment, and determine where alternate processes or risk mitigation may be appropriate. You'll also support the use of enterprise platforms, including scenarios where business needs extend beyond out-of-the-box capabilities. Working with partners across the business, technology, architecture, and vendor communities, you'll help advance scalable, sustainable solutions and contribute to automation initiatives, including artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled capabilities that improve how standards are understood, applied, and evidenced across the enterprise. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
