Requirements

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with experience developing communications for executive and external audiences.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder or membership-based relationships and building trusted partnerships.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
Experience working directly with senior leaders and executives in a professional advisory capacity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work products.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and work effectively in a dynamic client environment.
Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
US Citizenship required
Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, homeland security, or national security initiatives.
Experience supporting federal government clients, preferably within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), or related agencies.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, cyber risk management, and the critical infrastructure landscape.
Experience managing or supporting strategic initiatives in a client-facing consulting or advisory environment.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings, building consensus, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to think strategically while remaining adaptable to changing client priorities and emerging mission needs.
Willingness to work onsite in the Washington, DC metro area.

Responsibilities

Support strategic cybersecurity and critical infrastructure initiatives for DHS and CISA clients.
Advise government leaders on complex mission challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups with government, industry, and technical stakeholders.
Develop executive briefings, reports, strategic plans, white papers, and other client deliverables.
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable information for technical and executive audiences.
Coordinate multiple client priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and responsiveness in a fast-moving environment.
Conduct research and analysis on emerging cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, and national security topics.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, teammates, and external stakeholders.
Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and internal corporate projects.
Mentor junior consultants through Partner Forces' apprenticeship model and foster a collaborative team environment.
