About The Position

A flagship, JCI-accredited tertiary private hospital group in Doha, Qatar, is executing an aggressive procurement and scaling strategy for its Intensive Care and Critical Care departments. We require a Western-trained Senior Consultant Critical Care Specialist to steer advanced clinical protocols. This facility stands out globally due to its unconstrained capital budget, meaning you have immediate access to cutting-edge ECMO setups, high-fidelity monitoring arrays, and continuous renal replacement therapies. You will take the lead on critical care strategies, directing an agile, multidisciplinary team of specialists to optimize patient outcomes without public health resource rationing.

Requirements

  • FRCPC, American Board, or equivalent European Tier-1/Tier-2 specialist certification in Critical Care Medicine / Anesthesia with 5+ years of active consultant-level tenure.
  • Proven background in managing complex, multi-organ failure cases and steering modern, technology-driven ICU clinical pathways.
  • Strong pedagogical and clinical leadership skills.
