About The Position

Your Role Overall, the Business Technology Management Consultant will Develop and implement platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models. Lead Agile and technology transformation initiatives. Design and architect technology solutions to meet business needs. Drive collaborative selling and business development efforts. Foster people development and team growth. What you will do: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support platform strategy and IT strategy development. Create and implement IT operating models to enhance efficiency. Lead Agile transformation projects, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Drive technology transformation efforts, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Design and architect technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a related role.
• Strong understanding of platform strategy, IT strategy, and IT operating models.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and technology transformation processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed or be onsite at client
