Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering ; a Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage
2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry of which at least recent 3+ years were spent in strategy/management consulting (either through work with a consulting firm, or in internal projects), ideally with an exposure in one or several of the following fields
Operating Model Redesign
Business transformation (lean management, re-engineering)
Project Management
Finance and/or Product Control
Must possess some experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Some exposure to transformation strategy, or digital transformation projects
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate ideas clearly - visually and verbally
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

Support Transformation Strategy & Execution Contribute to the design and implementation of Finacial Services transformation use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends.
Support Delivery of Projects Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact.
Assist in Client Collaboration Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions.
Team Contribution Work closely with senior consultants, managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery.
Internal Contribution Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development efforts, practice development, or other means.
Stay Current Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations.
