We’re hiring Strategists at both junior and senior levels to help shape multi‑hundred‑million‑dollar pursuits across industries. Your work will influence how Capgemini shows up in the C‑suite and how we position our value on the global stage. Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Strategist to join its Global Strategic Deals capability in North America. This role sits at the heart of Capgemini’s most critical, high‑value, and complex client pursuits - supporting C‑suite decision‑making and shaping transformational deals that benefit Capgemini globally . As a Senior Strategist, you will operate as a thought leader, challenger, and sparring partner to deal leads and senior client executives. You will frame CEO‑level narratives, re‑shape client problem statements into bold strategic bets, and help unlock differentiated value across strategy, technology, operations, and transformation. Your Role: You’re the architect of the deal story. You will: Frame CEO‑level narratives: Define stakes, strategic choices, and value creation paths Challenge the status quo: Reframe opportunities and unlock bigger plays Shape deal strategy: Lead storyline development, commercial logic, and executive messaging Be a thought partner: Spar with account leaders and influence key client conversations Drive alignment: Ensure all workstreams contribute to one cohesive strategic direction Example: Reposition a tech‑only bid into a transformation play that will 10X the size of the opportunity. Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic pursuits, corporate strategy, or complex deal shaping environments
  • Proven ability to operate credibly at C‑suite level , influencing senior decision‑makers
  • Track record of shaping narratives that shift executive direction
  • Experience working on large, multi‑service, and multi‑geography deals is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear strategic choices
  • Strong commercial intuition and systems thinking - understanding how markets, clients, capabilities, and ecosystems interact
  • Comfort challenging assumptions and reframing entrenched perspectives
  • Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into compelling, executive‑ready narratives
  • Natural thought leader with the confidence to challenge and inspire
  • Passion for solving complex, high‑impact challenges

Responsibilities

  • Frame CEO‑level narratives: Define stakes, strategic choices, and value creation paths
  • Challenge the status quo: Reframe opportunities and unlock bigger plays
  • Shape deal strategy: Lead storyline development, commercial logic, and executive messaging
  • Be a thought partner: Spar with account leaders and influence key client conversations
  • Drive alignment: Ensure all workstreams contribute to one cohesive strategic direction
  • Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansion
  • Play a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentations
  • Nurture and expand existing account relationships
  • Identify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new business
  • Identify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projects
  • Support the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science, Digital Customer Analytics, and Operational Analytics.
  • Support the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & Analytics
