Within that team, the Director – Valuation & Modeling plays a critical role: owning the value logic, and conversion of strategic intent into tangible financial value, business cases, commercial logic, and economic narratives that land with CFOs, CEOs, and Boards.   This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, finance, commercial design, and storytelling. You’ll shape high-impact deals, work directly with senior leaders and client CxOs, and develop a rare blend of strategic, financial, and commercial mastery. Requirements

  • Strong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy. MBA preferred,
  • 10-15 years of deep expertise in financial modeling, business case design, and commercial strategy
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and reshape deal economics
  • Comfortable designing value systems that hold up to CFO scrutiny
  • Strong problem structuring and hypothesis driven thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights
  • Experience leading complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines
  • Comfortable driving large scale strategic deals and C suite problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Design the end‑to‑end value story of a strategic dealconverting strategy into measurable P&L, cash, and balance-sheet impact.
  • Build creative, CFO-level economic narrativesincluding quant models, engineered benefits, and scenario-based value cases.
  • Advise senior leadership on commercial constructs, value levers, pricing logic, and deal economics.
  • Act as the value authority across the pursuit  - ensuring the economics reinforce the strategy and the client’s priorities.
