About The Position

The Senior Consultant, Business Solutions - Project Manager (“Project Manager”) drives execution of internal and external technology projects to completion, including coordinating project activities, maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. This role supports client-facing licensed software implementations as well as internal initiatives, including data and analytics platforms, modernization of legacy systems, and other business-critical technology, data, and automation solutions. The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to drive day-to-day execution, maintain visibility into project status, and keep projects on track against timelines. The role also contributes to improving project delivery practices and supporting technology initiatives. This position requires strong project management experience with technology driven projects, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on owning accurate, real-time project tracking in tools such as ClickUp to maintain visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, tax, computer science, information systems (MIS) or equivalent STEM degrees or certifications, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to apply project management domain expertise with good judgment and impactful communication to contribute value and accomplish desired outcomes for clients and the Firm.
Proven ability to develop and cultivate meaningful relationships with internal/external clients resulting in client loyalty, trust, satisfaction and continued growth and expansion.
Operates efficiently, ensuring profitability of work and stewardship of company resources.
Plans and prioritizes to ensure successful delivery of high-quality business results on time, every time.
Exhibits determination, resilience, and commitment.
Able to stay focused on what is under their control and focus efforts on what will most positively impact the Firm.
Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access).
Internet navigation and research, with strong experience and understanding of AI tools.
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asana, or similar.
Experience with one or more data analytics and/or visualization platforms.
Any project, process, or program management certifications, such as PMP Project Management Professional Certification, CSM Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP Agile Certified Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
Valid driver’s license (required).

Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities for technology solutions.
Supports identification of client use cases and feedback to inform ongoing technology and innovation efforts.
Provides project management support for internal and external technology projects, including licensed software implementations and internal innovation initiatives.
Coordinates day-to-day execution of projects, including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and following up on action items.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date project data in ClickUp, ensuring visibility into tasks, timelines, and ownership.
Manages project risks and issues, escalating to appropriate stakeholders with clarity and timeliness.
Coordinates timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects to maintain progress and alignment.
Assists with requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into actionable tasks and technology solutions.
Supports development, testing, and implementation activities for technology solutions, including data and analytics platforms and system modernization efforts.
Prepares and distributes project status reports and other project documentation to stakeholders.
Manages multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Contributes to improving project management practices, workflows, and tool adoption.
Supports identification of opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology, and drive efficiency across projects and service delivery.
Assists with business development activities as needed or requested (e.g. preparation of proposals and engagement agreements, and/or attending prospect calls and meetings).
Performs other duties as assigned.
