About The Position

We’re hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our NY City Metro and Long Island City area team. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful execution of large-scale repair and restoration projects ranging from approximately $5M to $15M+ in value. You'll be responsible for driving project performance from preconstruction through closeout while serving as a leader, mentor, and trusted partner to clients and project teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, concrete restoration, specialty contracting, or related industries
  • Proven experience managing projects valued between approximately $5M–$15M
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Experience leading and developing project teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex self-performed concrete repair and restoration projects
  • Leading project planning, execution, financial management, and closeout activities
  • Maintaining full P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
  • Developing and managing project schedules in partnership with field leadership
  • Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with support from internal contracts teams
  • Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks
  • Collaborating with Estimating and Business Development teams during pursuit and proposal development
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Field Managers, and project teams
  • Championing STRUCTURAL's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
