Requirements

• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction, microtrenching, splicing, testing, and telecom infrastructure installation
• Extensive field leadership experience
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Heavy emphasis on field presence and operational accountability
• Proactive, safety-focused, detail-oriented
• OSHA 10, 30 is expected
• Strong commitment to safety program/process and implementation
• Mastery of the Construction Management position

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of FIVE years of telecommunications or utility construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Typically, the CM is promoted from the highest field leadership roles.
