We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our Boise Construction team. As a key player at Schell Brothers, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring flawless execution and homeowner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in residential construction management.
• 7+ years of proven success in residential construction, with a strong grasp of cost control and project management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and managerial skills.
• Valid driver's license and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire our production team to deliver top-notch homes and communities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with trade partners to ensure seamless project timelines.
• Tackle daily site challenges with ingenuity and decisiveness to keep projects on track.
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate construction professionals, fostering a culture of growth and success.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and community setup for new developments.
• Enforce rigorous safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations.
