About The Position

The Senior Construction Manager, Site Selection and Due Diligence joins Anduril’s Design & Construction (D&C) team, which delivers factories, labs, offices, and secure spaces. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, this position bridges real estate acquisition and project execution by leading evaluation and recommendation of new sites, shepherding pursuits through due diligence, and grounding facility decisions in feasibility analysis before design spending begins. The role works closely with Strategic Real Estate, D&C leaders, business lines, project managers, and internal functions to establish project needs, align facilities with current and future requirements, and support informed project-approval decisions. It develops site recommendations, concept budgets, schedules, and cash-flow forecasts; evaluates site conditions, zoning, permitting, environmental constraints, and utility infrastructure; and communicates findings and recommendations to senior leadership. The role also creates and improves standardized due diligence processes and supports effective handoffs from early pursuit through project execution.
