Dewberry is seeking multiple Senior Construction Inspectors to work on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area. Requirements

• Minimum 10 years prior construction inspection experience on NYCDDC or NYSTA projects.
• Must possess NICET II, III or IV Certification in Transportation/Highway and Bridge Construction or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 hour certification.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• DDC Water Main Training, NJSAT, ACI and Rutgers TCC certifications.
• Knowledge of SiteManager.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction inspection on projects in the greater NYC metropolitan area.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Perform complex quantity and engineering computations.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains.
• Stoop, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 25 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes, in addition to ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces.
