Requirements
- 8+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and sequencing
- Proven ability to independently manage complex estimates
- Experience reviewing front‑end specifications and contract language
- Proficiency with estimating and project management tools
- Strong communication skills and professional judgment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
