Sr Construction Defect Liability Claims Examiner
About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Claims Examiner - Liability with proven expertise in handling complex liability claims to join our team! Licensing is required. Proven experience handling complex and large-loss construction defect liability claims. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex liability claims with a high degree of autonomy. Analyze coverage, determine liability, manage reserves, and negotiate claim settlements. Partner with defense counsel on litigated matters and support team development by conducting training and mentoring new hires. Requirements
- Licensing is required.
