About The Position

We are hiring a SR Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate position will require solution knowledge in Charge Services and cross train in the other solution. It requires the ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that complies with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business. Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. NOTE: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass Public Trust security clearance. THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE SO MUST RESIDE NEAR THE KANSAS CITY MO LOCATION AS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK 1 DAY A WEEK IN THE OFFICE.

Requirements

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Charge Services product(s).
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Must reside near the Kansas City MO location
Must be able to pass Public Trust security clearance

Responsibilities

Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
Complete complex system configurations independently
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
Drive tools development and troubleshooting
Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
