Requirements

• Demonstrated professional background in property management, including a proven track record of navigating LITHC and HUD regulatory frameworks.
• Extensive understanding of federal housing legislation, fair housing rules, and compliance reporting obligations.
• Superior analytical capabilities with the aptitude to decipher complex legal statutes and apply them effectively to daily operations.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of drafting detailed reports and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
• Unwavering integrity and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring absolute precision in all compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and enforce adherence to all applicable federal housing statutes, with specialized expertise in LITHC and HUD guidelines.
• Execute comprehensive internal audits and risk evaluations to detect potential regulatory gaps or procedural weaknesses.
• Create, revise, and roll out robust compliance policies and standard operating procedures designed for the unique challenges of property management.
• Must have prior supervisory experience
• Act as the main liaison for external regulatory agencies during official inspections and investigations.
• Deliver expert training and strategic guidance to property management staff regarding regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Continuously monitor operational activities to ensure reporting and documentation meet government standards with precision.
• Partner with executive leadership to embed compliance strategies into the company's broader business goals.
