Supports the operations of the Office of Compliance and Privacy (OCP) with primary day-to-day responsibility for the enterprise compliance hotline and Conflict of Interest (COI) program. Responsibilities include review, reconciliation, tracking, follow-up, and reporting of hotline- and COI-related activities, including COI review of consulting engagements, as well as support for related COI program operations and process improvements. The role also has a significant training and education function providing subject matter expertise, including development and delivery of compliance, COI, and other OCP educational content and supporting materials. This role requires interaction with and support of enterprise-wide staff including leaders, faculty, researchers and clinicians. Additional responsibilities may include support for the OCP exclusion list/sanctions screening function and operational processes related to vendor interaction and access policy implementation, interpretation, and stakeholder guidance, as well as other general compliance matters such as compliance investigations. Privacy operations and other OCP initiatives are supported as needed.
