The Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of specialists and managers who execute Compliance monitoring and support exam management activities in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements. This role provides strategic leadership, governance, and execution oversight to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of monitoring and exam materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, build‑out environment and brings the ability to operate effectively in a start‑up‑like setting while establishing scalable compliance structures appropriate for the bank’s size, complexity, and risk profile. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic foresight and hands‑on execution, strong people leadership, and the ability to collaborate across Compliance, Risk, and Business partners. This leader is expected to be strategic, tactical, collaborative, and creative, anticipating emerging risks and trends, driving operational efficiencies, and communicating effectively with senior and executive management on compliance monitoring outcomes and risk themes.
