Workday is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation professional to join their Total Rewards team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for compensation-related inquiries from employees across various channels. The Senior Compensation Partner will provide analytical support to stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Compensation Business Partners, assisting with complex job offers and retention strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting annual and ad hoc benchmarking analyses to maintain and evolve the job architecture, developing job profiles, levels, and pay ranges to support business growth. The role also involves developing cost models, forecasting, and designing recommendations for global compensation programs. Additionally, the Senior Compensation Partner will participate in the administration of recurring compensation processes, annual survey participation, and ad hoc survey requests, providing project support as needed. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who can leverage data to inform strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Workday's own technology for insights and analytics.
