About The Position

The Expert Global Compensation (USA & MEA) and Benefits is an experienced individual contributor role responsible for supporting the design, implementation, governance, and administration of compensation and benefits programs for the USA and MEA regions, in alignment with the global Compensation, Benefits and Mobility framework. The role provides analytical, advisory, and project support to ensure market-competitive, internally equitable, compliant, and cost-effective reward programs. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, regional leadership, and external providers to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that support attraction, retention, engagement, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, salary structures, incentive programs, benefits administration, and regional reward practices.
  • Practical experience supporting compensation and benefits programs in the USA and/or MEA region, including awareness of relevant compliance and governance requirements.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to interpret market data, model costs, validate large data sets, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with HR systems, compensation tools, survey platforms, and reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, influence, and build trusted working relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and business leadership.
  • Support U.S. compensation and benefits programs with awareness of pay transparency, FLSA, wage and hour, benefit plan, and related governance requirements.
  • Support compensation and benefits activities across MEA countries, including local market benchmarking, allowances, benefits, statutory requirements, and regional harmonization opportunities.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), CEBS, SHRM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of compensation programs for the USA and MEA regions in alignment with global compensation principles, governance standards, and business priorities.
  • Advise HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and managers on compensation matters including offers, promotions, retention actions, salary adjustments, allowances, and internal equity considerations.
  • Support the maintenance and application of salary ranges, allowances, incentive guidelines, and local reward practices across assigned countries.
  • Apply company job grading methodology and support job evaluations in collaboration with global compensation and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the evaluation, renewal, implementation, and administration of benefit programs for the USA and MEA regions, ensuring alignment with local requirements and global benefit principles.
  • Partner with benefit brokers, consultants, insurers, and internal stakeholders to monitor plan performance, employee experience, compliance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Contribute to benefits benchmarking and recommend improvements based on market practice, employee needs, affordability, and governance requirements.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, pay analysis, and cost modeling using Willis Towers Watson and other relevant survey sources.
  • Prepare analyses, dashboards, summaries, and recommendations to support compensation and benefits decisions, annual processes, workforce planning, and leadership reviews.
  • Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and audit trails for compensation and benefits decisions across assigned regions.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes for the USA and MEA regions, including data preparation, budget modeling, validation, communication materials, and process support.
  • Review compensation outputs for policy alignment, data quality, internal equity, market competitiveness, and affordability.
  • Provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on process timelines, tool usage, compensation guidelines, and exception handling.
  • Ensure assigned compensation and benefits activities comply with internal governance requirements, local labor regulations, pay transparency obligations, benefit regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Monitor regional regulatory and market developments and support updates to policies, guidelines, tools, and employee-facing materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process harmonization, and system enhancements related to compensation and benefits administration.
