This role plays an essential part in ensuring our compensation programs enable us to attract, retain, and reward top talent. As a key member of the Global Total Rewards team, this position focuses on job architecture, compensation planning, and equity administration, while serving as the primary Compensation point of contact for North America. This role offers the opportunity to deepen compensation expertise through daily partnership with HR Business Partners, HRIS, and Benefits while contributing to global Total Rewards initiatives that have companywide impact.
