We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to assist our compensation team in developing, implementing, and administering a comprehensive range of compensation programs. You will report to the Manager, Compensation, and work on site three days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office. You will manage salary, bonus, and sales incentive plans, conduct job analysis, participate in compensation surveys, and provide recommendations on pay for both new hires and current employees. As a subject matter expert, you must have an understanding of the evolving job market and the fluidity of job roles. Additionally, you will play an important role in year-end processes and will have direct interaction with senior-level executives. Strong data analytics and data integrity skills are necessary for success in this position.
