This role is for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will help operate and scale the Compensation function within a growing and maturing company. The analyst will partner with the Director of Compensation to support the analysis, administration, and optimization of compensation programs. Key responsibilities include managing compensation cycles, providing offer support, tracking equity, performing market pricing, maintaining salary ranges, conducting compensation audits, and addressing compensation-related inquiries from various stakeholders. Additionally, the role will focus on modernizing compensation data management, tools, and workflows, optimizing the use of Pave and other People systems, reducing manual processes, enhancing governance, and building scalable compensation infrastructure. This position is ideal for an individual with strong compensation fundamentals, analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role.
