About The Position

Everest is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support broad-based compensation initiatives and other benefits and equity activities. As part of the total rewards team, this role helps implement the global compensation strategy and promote competitive and equitable pay practices across the workforce. This is a hybrid position based in Warren, New Jersey, with three onsite days and two remote days each week.

Requirements

2–5 years of compensation experience.
Knowledge of compensation practices and market trends, and ability to formulate analyses and proposals.
Strong critical analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Workday, and other data analysis tools.
Ability to leverage AI to drive efficiencies and insights in daily work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with Business, Finance, HR, and Legal.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or accounting is preferred.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.

Responsibilities

Support compensation benchmarking through survey participation, salary structure maintenance, and management of the Payscale compensation survey management software.
Manage Beqom pay equity software and analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, including pay equity and pay fairness; monitor EU Pay Transparency and related compliance.
Drive technical components of the annual compensation review and related activities, including conducting compensation data audits throughout the year and supporting executive and board reporting throughout the process.
Collaborate with regional HR teams and Talent Acquisition to address local compensation needs for assigned client areas and geographies.
Support senior members of the total rewards team with data, benefits, and equity projects.
