Requirements

• Deep understanding of compensation analysis, with the ability to handle complex issues independently and escalate only the most challenging problems.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related discipline.
• Self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements of various roles within the organization, ensuring accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.
• Contribute to and analyze compensation survey data, using insights to benchmark our pay practices against industry standards and inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct thorough market analysis of company roles to evaluate and enhance the competitive positioning of our compensation programs, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of annual salary administration programs, including the creation of salary structures and incentive budgets that align with organizational goals.
• Play an integral role in the administration of performance management systems, including annual incentive programs and salary adjustments, with a focus on sales incentive plans.
